Losing Weight

Of all the categories here, I think the one that would resonate with the broadest range of readers is losing weight. Everybody wants to lose weight, be fit and look good at some point or another. We are no strangers to some tempting quick fixes and easy ways out, but any long term weight loss success story you come across is always a variation of the simplest and safest formula - eat right and move your butt.

I see some raised eyebrows. I can guess the most obvious doubts.
Q. If it's that simple, why are there so many articles about it?
A. Because, there's more to simplicity than meets the eye.

Q. And what do I have to offer?
A. Experience. I think somebody who has failed many times and then succeeded has more to bring to the table than someone who shot straight ahead to the goal. In addition to learning about what to do, isn't it also important to learn about what not to do.
